An interesting, fun and educational walk organizes for the young people from the youth cetrte Ruse. On July 27 in a great mood they walked the shady road through the forest to the Minzuhar hut. The youth group often shares their love of nature and this is not their first walk which go together. Along the way, they examined wild plants and herbs, saw hedgehogs, birds and a baby turtle. Other experiences awaited them in the hut. There they were welcomed Stanley – the lodger who cares and manages the hut. After a short break, they played several interactive games, and during this time Stanley prepared them a wonderful tea of herbs, which he raises himself in his “Forest Garden”. After that he showed to the young people his small farm-garden with purely cultivated vegetables, herbs and fruits. In it he told them about
the secrets of growing “clean” agriculture that you need just to rediscover and apply the importance of
the symbiosis between plants, the combination of crops and how straw preserves soil moisture. In the end of their little adventure and of this wonderfully spent day, the young people returned excited and charged with very positive emotion already planning their next walk.
